Hatha Yoga

Yoga brings awareness of imbalances and restrictions in the body, creating space for positive change. I deliver flowing, gentle, supportive and social yoga classes at Earth Balance, Stakeford (pictured) and Shanti Bee, South Heaton, which follow the chakras week-by-week.

Whether you’re a newbie or a yogi, you’re welcome in my classes. Get on the mat in my class and see what fantastic benefits you too can find through a calming, balancing hatha practice.

Mind Body Connection

Relaxation is one of the biggest perks of my yoga, which helps with balancing the nervous system. Mind into body connection and relaxation.

Practicing Hatha Yoga improves overall well-being through realigning the whole system and bringing about physical and mental balance. This will leave you feeling free within your body as opposed to restricted and tired, with a clear mind.

Chakras

I have found a passion for the chakras and have integrated them into my classes. Each week, my classes focus on one particular chakra. After 7 weeks, each of the chakras has received specific focus and release.
